That’s when I was like alright I wanna get back into the gym. Before starting the Built With Science program I weighed around 220 pounds and I was about 30% body fat. My name is Sean O’Brien and I’ve been clean and sober for almost 15 months now. For the majority of my adult life I struggled with alcohol and drug addiction. From there I initially purchased the Beginner Shred program and upgraded to the Beginner Shred 2.0 afterwards.
When I started I was around 190 pounds and I’m currently around 163 pounds. Prior to embarking on the Built With Science programs, my dedication to a fitness-oriented lifestyle was far from unwavering. I often found myself contemplating whether I could skip a day at the gym or questioning the reasons behind my efforts. With an initial weight of 182 pounds and a less-than-optimal commitment to my well-being, I recognized that a transformative journey was possible with the Built With Science programs.
