What kind of results can I realistically get in 30 days?

Results will vary from person to person, and depends on your starting fitness level and body weight. But here’s some general guidelines about what you can expect:

Using a food scale sounds like a lot of work. Does your program make eating complicated?

Absolutely not. Our aim is to make eating enjoyable and satisfying. There’s no complicated food prep involved, and you don’t need to use it for every meal. The food scale will actually make eating easier - you won’t be left guessing or wondering if what you’re eating will help you lose fat and get healthy. Everything we show you is backed by science, reliable and safe.

I have a family event that takes place during the challenge. Will I be stuck eating a salad and drinking water while everyone else enjoys their meal and drinks?

Do I need special equipment?

We’ve designed this program to be as accessible as possible. If you have access to a gym, great, you have more than enough equipment. If you only have access to barbells or dumbbells, we’ll show you how to make that work just as effective. Even if you don’t have access to anything, or struggle from injury limitations holding you back, we’ll provide you with suitable alternatives to make it work!

I’ve never had an exercise routine before. Will this challenge be too advanced for me?

Definitely not. This challenge is great for people who have little to no experience with working out (and even those with more experience). We make things simple and uncomplicated. We’re going to show you everything you need to know to get started, so you never feel overwhelmed.
