Built With Science Invite and Referral Reward Program Terms & Conditions 

 By participating in Built With Science’s Invite and Referral Reward Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Built With Science may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend or modify the Program or these terms.

 The Program allows you to invite people you know to sign up for a Built With Science+ program with your unique discount code. You can earn rewards when friends or family you invite purchase an eligible Built With Science fitness program (defined below). If you are the person inviting friends or family to join Built With Science, you are a "referrer" under these terms, and if you are a person who receives an invitation, you are a "referee."

 Eligibility and Overview

  1. You may participate in this Program as a referrer until the Program is terminated or modified by Built With Science. If you refer a referee prior to Built With Science’s termination or modification of the program, you will still be eligible to earn the reward described below as long as the referee fulfills the Reward Criteria (defined below) before such termination or modification.

  2. To be eligible to earn rewards through the Program, (i.) the referrer must have paid for a Built With Science+ subscription; and (ii.) has surpassed any refund policy associated with their purchased subscription without getting a refund.

  3. A referrer may refer a referee via the referral mechanism highlighted in the app used to host the Program. The referrer can claim a reward for a maximum of 50 referees per calendar year that satisfy the following “Reward Criteria”: (i) Referee has made a successful purchase of an eligible Built With Science Fitness program through the referee’s unique code and (ii) Referee has surpassed the 90-day refund policy for their purchased program without getting a refund.

  4. The Built With Science fitness programs eligible for rewards in this Program include the items listed below. All other programs or services offered by Built With Science are not eligible for rewards under this Program.
    1. Built With Science+ Annual Subscription
    2. Built With Science+ Monthly Subscription

  5. Referrers are not allowed to promote their coupon code on the private BWS Facebook Community, private BWS Discord Community, Reddit, or any other third party websites. All referrals sales made through third party online websites will not be eligible for a reward.

 Reward

Referrers will earn a $15 Amazon Gift Card, and referrals will enjoy 20% off their Built With Science+ subscription. Here’s how it works:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Referrals get 20% off their first 3 payments, with regular pricing starting after the third month.
  • Annual Subscriptions: Referrals get 20% off their first year, with regular pricing starting in year two.

If two or more referrers invite the same referee, Built With Science will credit the reward to the person who first sent the referral, as determined in Built With Science’s sole discretion. 

 Receiving and Using Rewards

  • Built With Science reserves the right to limit, cancel, or revoke a reward if Built With Science determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these terms and conditions, or if we restrict or close your account pursuant to our Terms Of Use.
  • Built With Science may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the reward. Built With Science is not responsible and/or liable if any email, reward, referrals, or Program-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way or if any participant’s e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without participant giving prior written notice to Built With Science. Built With Science reserves the right to review any account or transaction related to this Program, in its sole discretion, without notice, and delay completion of the reward.
  • Program is void where prohibited or if Eligible Participant’s account or transaction are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, or irregular in any way.
  • This Promotion is governed by Canadian law. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any questions relating to the offer will be resolved in Built With Science’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the offer will be final and binding.
