Built With Science Invite and Referral Reward Program Terms & Conditions 

 By participating in Built With Science’s Invite and Referral Reward Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Built With Science may at any time and in its sole discretion, without prior notice, terminate, cancel, suspend or modify the Program or these terms.

 The Program allows you to invite people you know to sign up for a Built With Science fitness program with your unique discount code. You can earn rewards when friends or family you invite purchase an eligible Built With Science fitness program (defined below). If you are the person inviting friends or family to join Built With Science, you are a "referrer" under these terms, and if you are a person who receives an invitation, you are a "referee."

 Eligibility and Overview

1. You may participate in this Program as a referrer until the Program is terminated or modified by Built With Science. If you refer a referee prior to Built With Science’s termination or modification of the program, you will still be eligible to earn the reward described below as long as the referee fulfills the Reward Criteria (defined below) before such termination or modification.
   
   
2. To be eligible to earn rewards through the Program, (i.) the referrer must have purchased at least one eligible Built With Science Fitness program at the time of participation; and (ii.) has surpassed the 90-day refund policy for their purchased program without getting a refund.
   
   
3. A referrer may refer a referee via the referral mechanism highlighted in the app used to host the Program. The referrer can claim a reward for a maximum of 5 referees per calendar year that satisfy the following “Reward Criteria”: (i) Referee has made a successful purchase of an eligible Built With Science Fitness program through the referee’s unique code and (ii) Referee has surpassed the 90-day refund policy for their purchased program without getting a refund.
   
   
4. The Built With Science fitness programs eligible for rewards in this Program include the items listed below. All other programs or services offered by Built With Science are not eligible for rewards under this Program.
   1. Beginner Shred Program 2.0 - Premium and Elite
   2. Intermediate Shred Program 2.0 - Premium and Elite
   3. Beginner Build Program 2.0 - Premium and Elite
   4. Intermediate Build Program 2.0 - Premium and Elite
   5. Beginner Female Lean 2.0 - Premium and Elite
   6. Beginner Female Strong 2.0 - Premium and Elite
   7. Intermediate Female Lean 2.0 - Premium and Elite
   8. Intermediate Female Strong 2.0 - Premium and Elite

*Total orders under $67 are not eligible for rewards.

 Reward

 The reward amount is a $15 Amazon Gift Card for the referrer and 20% off for the Built With Science Fitness program for the referee.There is a limit of one (1) reward per referee for the duration of the Program and five (5) rewards per referrer per calendar year for the duration of the Program. If two or more referrers invite the same referee, Built With Science will credit the reward to the person who first sent the referral, as determined in Built With Science’s sole discretion. 

 Receiving and Using Rewards

• Built With Science reserves the right to limit, cancel, or revoke a reward if Built With Science determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these terms and conditions, or if we restrict or close your account pursuant to our Terms Of Use.
• Built With Science may provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfill the reward. Built With Science is not responsible and/or liable if any email, reward, referrals, or Program-related materials or correspondence are lost, fraudulent, abusive, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, altered, defective, misdirected, tampered with, or irregular in any way or if any participant’s e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without participant giving prior written notice to Built With Science. Built With Science reserves the right to review any account or transaction related to this Program, in its sole discretion, without notice, and delay completion of the reward.
• Program is void where prohibited or if Eligible Participant’s account or transaction are fraudulent, abusive, not completed through legitimate channels, or irregular in any way.
  
• This Promotion is governed by Canadian law. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any questions relating to the offer will be resolved in Built With Science’s sole discretion and its decisions related to the offer will be final and binding.
