  • "I started at 100kg bodyweight (184cm tall) and none of it was muscle. By following the program's first phase I got down to 75kg. My lifts had improved but I struggled to progress while maintaining a deficit and I still wasn't as lean as I felt I should be. I decided to bumb my calories up and transitioned to the next phase of the program. I feel far better and my gym performance has really improved. I'll run this for a few months and slim down for the summer. By then I should hit my strenght goals and move on to the intermediate program.
