This is my approach. Efficiency over volume, which is why I’m such a firm believer in research backed by evidence as opposed to doing what someone tells you just for the sake of it.

You don’t need to starve yourself with very low calorie diets in order to lose fat and keep it off. In fact, this is exactly how you ruin your metabolism and get stuck in the “skinny-fat” situation.

You don’t need to spend hundreds of dollars on supplements. I’ll show you sustainable ways to achieve everything that supplements will, yet in a more sustainable and less costly way.

You don’t need to constantly change up your exercise routine nor do you need to spend hours of your time in the gym everyday. These are both detrimental to your goals. I’ll show you a better and much more effective way of structuring your workouts that are proven to work.

You don’t need to eat a perfectly “clean” diet to reach your fitness goals. I’l show you how to incorporate foods that you love while getting down to your goal body fat percentage.

Now why you should you take my word for it?

First off, I’m well-educated. I have a degree in Kinesiology (and will likely be completing my master’s in Physiotherapy), and I’m NASM and FMS (functional movement screen) certified.

I’ve helped hundreds of clients with all sorts of fitness goals and starting points get into the best shape of their lives.

Secondly, and more importantly, is I’m not someone who was born with elite genetics and I refuse to take any drugs to help me achieve my dream physique.

In fact, I was extremely skinny growing up. I struggled putting on weight and I had to go through years of trial-and-error and personal research to find a method that worked.

This is what natural looks like. I strive to stay natural, be as strong as possible, while maintaining and improving my athleticism and overall joint health. I’ll be incorporating the same methodology into your programs.

And this will all cost less than if you were to hire a local personal trainer yourself (most of which are horrible and have virtually no experience by the way).

Coaching will be paid for on a monthly basis where I’ll be available through text, call, and email. You’ll receive an individualized workout program that will be adjusted as we progress and personalized macros/calorie calculations with a sample diet plan based on your goal. We’ll also have a shared document set up where we can monitor your progress throughout every week, and adjust your program as needed. Pricing will be discussed via email.
