CUSTOMER HEALTH WARRANTY AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I certify that I am 18 years of age or older. I do hereby further declare myself to be physically sound and suffering from no condition, impairment, disease, infirmity or other illness that would affect nutrient metabolism or prevent my participation or use of equipment or machinery except as hereinafter stated. I further acknowledge and understand that Built with Science diet/training programs are not meant to treat or manage any health condition and that I should always consult with my healthcare provider prior to adjusting my current style of eating or beginning any new diet and/or training plan. I acknowledge that I have either had a physical examination and received my physician’s permission to participate, or that I have decided to participate in activity and use of equipment, machinery, programs, and/or nutritional plans designed by Built with Science without the approval of my physician. REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

I understand that there is no refund available to me after my payment and signup, even if I have not yet received my workout plan. I understand that after my workout plan is sent to me via email, I will have 3 calendar days to request any additional free workout plan revisions. If I request additional workout plan revisions after 3 calendar days of receiving my plan, I will have to purchase a workout plan revision.
