These plans will be customized based on YOUR specific body stats, food preferences, exercise levels, allergies, etc. These meal plans will also be geared towards YOUR specific goals, whether that’s to lose fat, build muscle, or both!

In consideration of being granted access to participate in the activities, programs, and/or nutritional plans offered by Built with Science Holdings Corp., a British Columbia corporation, including any of its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, “Built with Science”), and to use its programs, nutritional plans, and/or training, in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, I, BY CLICKING THE BUY BUTTON BELOW, DO HEREBY WAIVE, RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS BUILT WITH SCIENCE, ITS CONSULTANTS, OFFICERS, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY, LIABILITY, COST AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING INJURIES OR DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN ANY ACTIVITIES, OR MY USE OF ANY PROGRAMS OR NUTRITIONAL PLANS DESIGNED BY BUILT WITH SCIENCE. I DO ALSO HEREBY RELEASE BUILT WITH SCIENCE, ITS CONSULTANTS, OFFICERS, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGE OR DISORDER (PHYSICAL, METABOLIC, OR OTHERWISE) TO MYSELF, OR IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN ANY BUILT WITH SCIENCE ACTIVITIES, PROGRAMS, AND/OR NUTRITIONAL PLANS.

CUSTOMER HEALTH WARRANTY AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I certify that I am 18 years of age or older. I do hereby further declare myself to be physically sound and suffering from no condition, impairment, disease, infirmity or other illness that would affect nutrient metabolism or prevent my participation or use of equipment or machinery except as hereinafter stated. I further acknowledge and understand that Built with Science diet/training programs are not meant to treat or manage any health condition and that I should always consult with my healthcare provider prior to adjusting my current style of eating or beginning any new diet and/or training plan. I acknowledge that I have either had a physical examination and received my physician’s permission to participate, or that I have decided to participate in activity and use of equipment, machinery, programs, and/or nutritional plans designed by Built with Science without the approval of my physician. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

I FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BUILT WITH SCIENCE DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE THE QUALITY OF SUCH INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR SERVICES AND, BY CLICKING THE BUY BUTTON BELOW, DO HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE BUILT WITH SCIENCE, INCLUDING ANY OF ITS OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, DAMAGE OR DISORDER (PHYSICAL, METABOLIC, OR OTHERWISE) TO MYSELF, OR IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH MY PARTICIPATION IN ANY BUILT WITH SCIENCE ACTIVITIES, PROGRAMS, AND/OR NUTRITIONAL PLANS AND ITS INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

I understand that there is no refund available to me after my payment and signup, even if I have not yet received my workout plan. I understand that after my workout plan is sent to me via email, I will have 3 calendar days to request any additional free workout plan revisions. If I request additional workout plan revisions after 3 calendar days of receiving my plan, I will have to purchase a workout plan revision.

GOVERNING LAW
