Very quickly. After you sign up, you will be required to fill out a questionnaire and waiver. Once that’s completed your BWS coach will be able to get started on your custom training plan and should have it back to you within 5-7 business days.

Yes. We would have to diagnose this in more detail on the questionnaire and via email if needed. However, we can work around most injuries and make the training program PERSONALIZED to your goals, while working around any injuries you have.

Our expert coaches can customize the session length to whatever time you can commit to training. However, for best results, you will ideally need to be able to complete at least 3-4 sessions per week for 30 minutes.

Yes, absolutely. In short, the Built With Science Custom Workout Plans are for all ability levels. Regardless of whether you’re a beginner trainee, or if you’re a more advanced trainee, our expert coaches will be able to customize your nutrition and training to suit your ability level and also your goals.

If you are consistent with your workouts and training plan, you can expect to see results within a few weeks of getting started.

Your BWS coach will create you a custom 12-week workout plan. The reason being is because after 12 weeks, you will most likely need to have adjustments made to your workout plan based on your progress, plateaus, and body composition changes.

This is a one-time purchase and you will not receive recurring charges for the custom workout plan.

Your plan will be focused on your training plan and no personalized nutrition advice will be given.

There are no refunds for the custom workout plan, regardless if I have received my plan or not.
