… One thing I remember about Justin is that he was one of the MOST SKEPTICAL MEMBERS inside the group…

He was so skeptical that he believed that every TRANSOFMATION inside the group were FAKED…

Until he PROVED it to himself.

Today, his body is living proof that if you properly apply my science-based protocols…

These people are not doing complex workouts that only acrobats, or big-time bodybuilders can do…

If you didn’t, it’s not even your fault…

  • Maybe you’re scared to try NEW things out on your own…
  • Maybe you get easily BORED doing the same thing again at the gym…
  • Maybe you can’t maintain eating some foods that you’re not used to eating…
  • Maybe you just don’t believe yourself yet…
  • Maybe you’ve been overwhelmed by the IMMENSE amount of information that’s you’re being exposed too.
  • Or Maybe you’re just naturally lazy, and a NETFLIX CHILL at PM 9:00 with some French Fries is just too hard to overcome…

AND THAT’S OK! Because the bottomline is this:

You’re NOT doing what you SHOULD be doing…

And if we don’t solve that, not even all the BWS Program combined

won’t be able to save you from this point on.

what’s the point of REVEALING these POWERFUL SCIENCE-BASED protocols, if you are having TROUBLE sticking to them yourself anyway? 

It’s not about what you KNOW,

it’s about what you DO

As tempting as it sounds to me…
  • If I could personally motivate you by doing ONE      MORE REP each set at a gym… I WOULD…
  • If I could personally give you a HIGHLY TAILORED diet      for this month … I WOULD…
  • If I could personally push you to DO what you should   be DOING… I DEFINITELY WOULD…

Now tell me honestly…

Do you think you’ll FINALLY achieve your dream body if I personally do all of those things for you?

ABSOLUTELY…

If we could do that, you’d be we walking at the beach like a boss today with a body of an Instagram Model that your friends will be jealous of.

But I CAN’T do all of that for you myself…
